What is the minimum booking lead time?
For transfers, we recommend 24 hours in advance. For full stays, 48 to 72 hours is sufficient in most cases. We also handle urgent requests and last-minute bookings with the same quality of service.
Do you operate outside Switzerland?
Yes, we operate in all major European destinations: Paris, London, Monaco, Milan, Vienna, Rome, Cannes and many others. Our partner network covers the entire continent. Contact us for any specific destination.
How is confidentiality guaranteed?
All our staff are subject to strict non-disclosure agreements. No client information is shared, used or referenced outside the direct execution of the service. Discretion is at the heart of our ethics.
What payment methods do you accept?
